Home Inspection:
A home is the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. Let Four Rivers Property Inspection provide the thorough inspection you expect and a report you can rely on to make a confident decision.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection:
This inspection helps you understand and plan for the demands of maintaining your home properly. Some tasks are seasonal, and some require more frequent attention. I’ll identify any outstanding issues and educate you about what should be done to keep your home in top condition year-round.

One year warranty Inspections:
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. I’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. My non-invasive inspection is based on my observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information about any material defects and problems I’ve found. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force.

Pre-Drywall Inspection:
One way to ensure that a house is built according to its specifications is by performing a pre-drywall inspection. “Pre-drywall” refers to a phase during the homebuilding process just after the installation of certain elements and right before the drywall is hung.

Commercial Building Inspection:
Remember that your liability can extend to employees, customers and occupants, so make sure that your commercial property’s structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC are functioning safely. If there are issues, I can make the appropriate recommendations for licensed professionals who can advise you on specific maintenance and repairs.

New Construction Inspection:
Are you building a new home? I’ll come out during different phases of the construction process to make sure your project is being executed according to your specs, and verify that scheduled work has been completed before you make a payment to your contractor.

Well Inspection:
Private wells that are constructed properly are usually safe, but problems can occur that can introduce contaminants into the water supply. I’ll check your private well for basic structural issues, and take a water sample to test it for lead, microbial pollutants, and dangerous chemicals.
